Default No spark on GSR Swap

I have basically ran through the list and so far still cant fix the problem. heres whats going on

No spark obviously,

1. Changed plug wires
2. Changed Dizzy
3. Changed engine harness
4. Changed ECU's
5. Changed Ingnition Harness
6. Changed Main Relay.

fuel pump is priming but i am getting no spark. checked the voltage going to the ecu and its good. checked if i was getting power to the dizzy and i am. i also noticed that the check engine light never goes off when you first turn the key on so i think the ecu is not turning on( i think). i know the ecu is getting power because i checked so what else could it be. i have the same problem and i have tryed multiple ecus.

I'll suggest grounds too...BUT I will also say that you check the continuity between all 3 - Not only at each terminal, but at their respective wires, to the ecu, to each other and to the chassis.
Check for breaks in the wiring (that killed me recently - Terminals were all grounded, but the wiring in the harness was broken so it didnt have continutiy to the ecu)

Your ecu ground @ the thermostat is composed of 2 terminals together...be sure neither of those wires has come loose/broken

i checked the grounds in the engine bay and i checked to see if the ecu was getting good power using the chassis as a ground and using the ground wires in the harness. i am at a loss here and i cannot figure this problem out. any help???

i use a screwdriver when i check for spark. i also noticed that when i turn the key forward the check engine light does not flash at all. i think the ecu is not turning on at all. i also checked for spark using the spark plug and grounding it. still nothing

i starts sometimes now after i changed the dizzy back to the old one. i think that from messing around so much i might of messed up the other one i had. problem is the car will not always start and it will not go past 2k when it is running. now i got to find the reason its doing that. by the way. i did all this using the p28 ecu. i am going to wait until everything is running good before swapping over to the p72. an advice on what to do about it not going past 2k would be appreciated. i think its because the tps sensor is missing one prong.

Is the dizzy fully seated when you install it - you can have it 180 off, but it wont sit flush.
Have you checked the coil and icm?
What is your fuel pressure?

make sure the TPS and MAP plugs arent swapped. the TPS should have a red wire, the IACV wont. this will cause the CEL and not rev.

no cat on right now so thats not it. i would bet money that its the tps sensor. the are plug in to the right sensor( not swapped). dizzy is seated correctly. i think it might also need another main relay as i dont hear it turn on every time.
