How many bends in your B series EG/EK Intercooler Charge Piping?
I have a 96 Civic (Canadian Model)... just figuring how to route the charge pipings. I tried searching but the keywords I am using are not giving me success. My fabricator charges $/bend... so I would like to gauge how much this would cost me. I plan to use a 29"x5"x2.5" intercooler. Pictures would be great!
luckilly for me vertex industried is 3 miles from my house, i got all the bends, lined them up, indexed them, and had a friend weld them.
4 90*s including the three here:

and a 90* and a 45* under the front bumper. i didint see an issue.

There are multiple pre-made piping kits out there for EG's and EK's.
I used a Spoolin' Performance polished intercooler piping kit for my EK, and it fit almost perfectly. Cheap too.

I used this kit. Cut and weld to fit, and it worked out great.

And my dog Alexis being silly... and whoever said pits aren't big babies.

Sorry, the one pic is blurry, but you get the idea. The third pic is for the drivers side from the turbo to IC. I currently have the IC off but can mount it for another picture if you need it. I marked the pieces and had a guy at work weld them. Hope this helps.
