How much HP is the 06 RSX-S tranni good for?

As the title says... what are the 6-Speed RSX-S tranni's good for? I know the 05-06 has some revisions (which I would assume are stronger, but could be wrong)... but seeing as

I am wanting to turbo by car, I want to know what these things can be pushed to SAFELY and also what they go KABOOM at.

Depends on your driving habits. People blow their transmission by being hard on them. I would say anything under 400whp is safe, I have seen higher though.
