Default FM Freq. Noise : 1994 Honda Civic DX Coupe

Here is the low down:

When I first purchased the car it had some dinky no name HU in the car. When you turned on the blower motor to "3" or "4" you heard some static coming through the radio. Now I installed a new HU and now when you turn on the headlights and blower motor the noise is really bad. Only happens in the AM and FM radio, CD Player does not do it. Am I getting a backfeed from a ground or have a weak ground somewhere? Please help its driving me nuts

Check the ant. ground, it's ground is where it mounts to the cars body. 94
