Default Just installed a B16 in 88 Si, cant get clutch cable to work? Also throttle cable Q's...

I just installed a B16 in my 88 CRX Si, and I cant get clutch cable to work? Im trying to use the stock one, but I have a 90 integra cable to use.

I heard you could use the stock one? Is there a specific way to do it?

I lost my throttle cable bracket off my manifold, what one will work for a obd-0 manifold?

Thanks Alex

If this is wrong some can correct me. The cable is slightly shorter. therefore when you install it on the cble mechanism it will be placing preasure on it engaging the clutch. What I did on my 91 si s to cut off about 1/2 inch of the cable bung(rubber piece at the end of th cable) that inserts into the mechanism. I took my time as I did not want to cut into the cable itself. Hopes this helps.

the stock civic si clutch cable does fit, you just got to put some strength into it, and the throttle cable i made my own aluminum plate. works great.....!

For the throttle cable buy the $15 innovative bracket and use your stock cable.

I used my oem clutch cable. Its a biatch to get it in the trans fork but you can. I didn't trim any rubber and its fine
