The leather ones with the blue inserts. or at least get a picture of them for me so i can get some made.</TD></TR></TABLE>
There were never factory leather seats for '96-'00 Civics in the US. What you're thinking of are the dealer optional leather seats. They were available in ANY trim Civic, not just the Si.
There's nothing special about the seats besides that Honda asked to have them re-upholstered. Your dealership, if you said you wanted leather seats, would send your car to a local upholstery shop to have the seats redone with leather covers. That's why you'll see some seats have "Si" embroidered on the top of the seat. Some also might have the Honda H instead. Some are all black, some are black with blue and some are black with red.
So really, if you want some all you have to do is bring the design (of the emblem) to a shop and have them make some for you. The only difference will be that a Honda dealership didn't order them.
Look in the MarketPlace and you might be able to find some for cheaper than it would cost to have some made yourself.
Here's an example of some (these are NOT mine).

How much would something like that cost to do? Not trying to start something but you could probably get you better supportive seats than doing that to EM1 seats. My bro just swapped his em1s out for S2000 seats and they are waaaaaay better.

They'd possibly cost more to make then to just buy a used set (depending on the price of the used set).
I'd suggest making some calls for some quotes if you're interested yourself. The prices could vary depending on what part of the country you're in.
While I like the S2000 seats, I find that they sit too low for me. Plus I don't think they look perfect in most Civics and they don't go with the rear seats at all. I pretty much think they should stick to two seater vehicles.
So at least for me, finding a replacement seat besides stock will be difficult since I still want it to look like the seats belong (and no stripping the rear in my car - I hate that).
