RESOLVED, problems with paypal and the transfer back on the refund, ended up taking almost 2 weeks longer than expected

fedex is rough with stuff i always double up on tha bubble wrap with them.
the 200$ should have went to you since you were the recipent/purchaser. have you asked fedex about that.
im always honest when selling and theres alot of people out there that are also but every now and then you will run into someone like this. i got some rope i can make into a noose to donate if anyone in florida wants to handle this

Well i'd be mad at the seller as well if he can't be kind enough to refund the money. I mean hes gotta know that somethings up since he has kptrulees money, the skirts, AND money from fedex!!!
