cluster lighting

the gages work but no lighting

Ok I'm going to restate this. So all my Gauges work but the Lights Don't come on whats the problem?
All you have to do is get a new dimmer switch or check all your fuse's

haha thank you. yea check fuses and all your switches... or even take out the cluster to make sure the plug didnt come loose.

BUMP it isnt that switch/...last night when i was driving
i hit a bump and all my gages lights went on//..then
i hit anouther bump and they turned off...whats up with that

might want to check crank poisition sensor. this same thing happened to me and it was that sensor.

get a wiring diagram and check your grounds. If it came on and off like that you probably have a bad ground

yeah where is that switch? my gfs car has the same problem. I have checked all the fuses and the Dimmer switch. like even the lights work but when the parking lights go on it blacks out, well just the odometer, rpm, fuel temp gauges. the highbeam, handbrake, turn signals etc do light up when used.........
