Tire Inflation Warning Indicator?
Anyone else in the Northeast or where it's cold as hell having their tire inflation warning indicator lamp coming on? Mine just came on yesterday and i'm pretty certain its coming on because it's 6 degrees here.

In really cold weather like we're having up here right now your not going to get an accurate pressure rating.

ya usually its the cold weather that makes the tire psi light come on...we get alot of ppl that come in bcuzz their light is on and when we check the tire psi its usually at 28 or 29psi

if you bought a vehicles after september 2007 it's equiped with TPMS(tire pressure monitoring system)
bought mine in 11/06 doesn't come with it...

I was told not to adjust the pressure because of the cold weather having an affect on it. The temperature up here climbed back up into the high 50's and since then the light has come off, atleast until the cold weather makes it's return.
