Default Just when you thought Delaware was safe...

...someone tries to steal your chit. Didn't get the car, but I'm missing some tools. Guess they were pissed the car was sitting on jack stands, so they took my tools.

From the outside, looks normal. This is the door to my garage.

Then when I tried to unlock the door, uhh... it just swung open so I could see this.

EDIT : And for the record, I typically wouldn't post things like "oh someone almost took my R" or whatever, but this is a new low to me.. having someone damage my house, too.

Damn that's pretty crazy man, actually kicking in your garage door to get your car, they must be pretty determined to have it. Atleast it's still there, sucks about the tools though.

Are you sure they were after your car? Cause I have had my garage broken into before but they were just looking for tools to sell to the pawn shop.

Jim, I suggest you do the following security mod asap:

-Deadbolt that is driven-into the cement floor... you know the ones where a steel beam is put in a hole on the ground and then is locked.

The penal codes of most states and the Model Penal Code do not support shotgun booby traps. There have been cases of people setting these things up and blowing away firefighters or nosy kids. Check the law in your state be4 you do this, because most places it will be a one way ticket to jail.

No, i used to own the ITR Trooth owns, i was the crazy bastard who had the cams installed in the parking lot of the innkeeper west. had the spoon n1 exhaust on it, and the rescue squad plate (The only RS plated one in richmond) as far as what i bought to replace it, i got a WRX. a toooon of fun. take it easy man.

Did they vandalize your R in any way? If not, keep a damn close eye on her (even closer that you already are)! They probably left her alone because they want to come back for her and they want her to be in perfect condition. **** thieves.

I agree, they know where it is and might be back... And I thought DE was safer than most states!
