so the blower motor isn't working at all? Does it by chance work on position #4, the highest setting?

The problem could be the resistor assembly.

If you remove your glove box, you should see a round housing which is the blower assembly, which has a squirrel cage fan inside. On the bottom, there should be a harness going to a rectangular piece, I believe with 4 terminals. There should be 1 screw holding this rectangular piece to the blower housing. If you unplug the harness, and remove the screw, the piece should drop down and have several exposed wire-wound resistors. These resistors are what slow down the fan on each setting lower than #4. They get pretty hot which is why they're exposed inside the blower housing.

Actually the resistor assembly might be inside the air duct just to the left (towards the driver side) from the actual blower housing, between the heater core and the blower housing.

You can test the assembly with a multi-meter, but I would have to look at my Helms manual to see which terminals to test.

I think it's pretty inexpensive from Son's Acura.

Dunno if it's that or not. It may not be because you said #4 doesn't work either. Have you checked all the fuses and everything? Typically a bad resistor assembly will cause one or more of the other speed 1 thru 3 to not work, but 4 will still work because it doesn't have to pass current through any of the resistors.

It's also possible that debris has actually clogged up the squirrel cage fan and is keeping it from moving. There are like 3 screws holding the bottom of the housing (and the fan) to the housing itself. You can drop it down to check it and clean it out if needed.
