so i finally got it........

i finally got my car to idle its a 91 civic hatch with a b18a1 block and a b18b head with crower cams.to start it i got to give it gas for like 2 min then the idle bounces from 2000 rpms to 1000 rpms then it will drop to like a 900rpms then it jumps back.also is the valve clerance the same for the crower cams?
