tein tophats`
does this setup come with the top hats or do i have to buy the pillow ball mounts?

It does not come with top hats. Use your OEM ones.
There's really no benefit to getting pillowball top hats for a Double wishbone/Multilink car. Basically, if your car has an upper and lower control arm, you dont need pillowball mounts. You will notice a lighter wallet, and more bumps than nessacary.
They are only advantageous in MacPherson strut or chapman strut cars.
Just FYI also....the TEIN basic really isn't worth all that $$$. Instead of something like that, a Koni/GC combo would be much nicer. They have much better OTS spring rates on ground controls than the Tein basic. I dont remember what the exact rates were on the TEINs...but they were some pretty weird and outrageous numbers.
