is my clutch slipping?

so i've noticed in the last week that my clutch has been feeling like sh*t. my clutch has felt like crap almost since the day i bought my car, but what is happening now has only just start. my clutch also has an extremely high catch point IMO.
when im in first gear from a dead stop and give it gas, i'll reach my catch point, my car will start to go, and then it feels as though my car is about to stall before i've release the clutch. you know that jerkiness that happens right before you stall out, that what it feels like. this occurs in both warm and cold conditions.
anyone have ideas of what is happening?
i have an 07 ex w/ 15k. i dont race/drive hard and would consider myself a good shifter. i learned on manual and didnt ruin that clutch (put 60k on that car and then sold it)

Personally, it doesn't sound like your clutch is necessarily slipping, but you're just not regulating the amount of gas you give it as you let off the clutch pedal, and the engine is choking because of this. Every clutch is different. Try practicing a slow release of the clutch, and as you approach the "catch point", give it just a little more gas. Gas pedals are very sensitive on newer cars, so pay attention to the RPM, because you could easily over-rev and take off too fast, or not provide enough throttle and deprive the engine of the a/f density necessary for the combustion needed to get your car moving. Keep it around 1000 RPM, and as the clutch engages, give it just a pinch more gas. I hope this helps.

^thanks for the reply...i had been doing that, riding the clutch out but it was still happening.
UPDATE
i took my car in today, and it was diagnosed w/ bad clutch chattering going on in first and second gear. diagnosed outside of honda by my honda mechanic. i am taking my car in on friday to have honda look at it and give me a new clutch/pressure plate assembly.
should i be worried about my intake or swaybar?

If they DO notice something, they'll probably blame it on you anyway. Sad truth, but it's what they always try to do. Just be prepared.
