Default Car sitting to long

Quick question about my car. Its been sitting out side for 1 year or so.
I never had a chance to crank her up. Anything i should do before starting it back up. Some one told me my motor can be screwed because i never started it.

In the future, run the car at a very minimum once per month (as written in your Civic's owner's manual), ideally once per week, for a 15-minute period.

Pull your plugs out and get a can of heat of the tank and a can of Sea Foam when u get it started get a cup pour half into it and unhook the vac line running off the top of the Fuel pressure reg and stick the vac line into the cup and rev the motor just a bit so it sucks the sea foam and dont put the vac line all the way in the sea foam just on the top of it
