Default Remove ac and ps

Please don't quote me on this but i remember reading somewhere that by removing your ac and pw, you gain some addtional hp. Not much, but some.

Someone clear this up for me. Thanks.

Reason i am asking this is because i dont think i am getting full potentail out my car. Not to mention it has stock gsr header and stock si piping on a 98 itr motor in my 95 civic si hb.

Barley beating my brother 93 vx w/ gsr swap with i/h/e, aftermarket clutch and flywheel.
We both have very healthy motor btw
