i have a 97 integra fully built and turbo charged and havent been able to use it because it wont pass emissions..... any of you had this problem and if so what did you do in order to pass any info would be great thanks......

 

I don't know your state laws, but in Ohio you can get collectors plates which omits you from smog checks.

 

im in ny and there pretty strict..... and i realle dont kno... what to do my buddies have told me to buy a 95 and swap everything over but thats too much work.... im just trying to find out if anyone else has had this problem and what they did in order to pass..... im movin to fl in the summer and trying to drive it down there.... so any help would be use full

 

what are you failing, MIL/CEL, Visual test or the actual emission/sniff test?

Since he's in NY and has an OBD2 car, it gets hooked up to the computer. I'm guessing he's running an OBD1 ecu so therefore it can't be hooked up and inspected. I'll pm you with some possibilities.
