93 acura integra blower resistor
i was wondering if anyone can tell me to locate the blower resistor in my car? or any isntallation knowledge suggestions would be great thanks alot.... is it hard to replace the resistor?

Should be very easy to reach if you remove your lower glove box. There should be a wire harness going to a 4-prong plug either on the lower part of the round blower housing assembly, or possibly in the air duct just to the left of the blower housing (between the blower housing and heater core). It should be just 1 screw holding it in there.
Actually it's not on the bottom but near the bottom of the blower housing.

got a new one for $1.50 from pick n pull. now i get to have m2 and high PLUS m1 and low! i kind of took a chance that one i grabbed wasnt bad too though. get on http://www.g2ic.com, they also have a way that you can fix it yourself with resistors that you can find at radio shack for like 2 bucks.

Had the same problem on my old 89 Camry, the lowest speed wouldn't work. It had the same style of blower resistor. I think I picked 2 or 3 different ones out of different junk yards and none of them were fully functional (very common problem on those cars). I ended up just buying some wire-wound resistors from Radio Shack and fixing it myself.
Interestingly the resistors I bought are no longer carried by Radio Shack.
