Default New quarter panel from Honda....

anyway to find it cheaper then on hondapartsdeals.com. They have it for $403 plus 60 bux for Ground shipping. Its for a 00 Si. Not sure if this is the right forum for the question but just wanted to know if you guys can help.

1/4 panels period are expensive. If your can get it for $463 shipped thats decent. Just make sure that they pack it good. Honda quarters don't come in the best packaging from the factory. So good luck getting 1 shipped in decent shape.

you can always look for one at a yard. it doesn't have to come off of a 00 si, any 00 coupe will do. jsut make sure you stay oem and not aftermarket, for better fitment of coarse.

from my understanding i can be from 96-00 however i need the complete skin.....if i knew how to remove the spot wells and not *** up the q/p then ill take it off but i dunt so i gotta get one from honda.

it sucks but it is cheaper if you get it from a yard. it usually takes me 2-3 hours depending on the quarter panel whenever i have to do it. do you know anyone that work at a bodyshop, if so pay him and he can get it at a discount !

but getting them from a yard is a pain in the *** too. you usually get a whole quarter chunk plus you don't know what your getting. it might look good on the outside but be full of body filler and screwed up body work. just stay oem and get a new one.

yea im going to see....what do you guys think of cutting the quarter panel where its damage and just welding the a replacement cut out skin?

you can do that as well. But i rather just replace the whole quarter panel as a whole.
