I dont know if it will actually affect performace or not (even if they prove to be 180's?), b/c the 240's are good for 200whp and for a d-series that around 90whp over stock. So i would think 180's could handle 120whp, but it may be stressing them, if they actually or 180's (im not sure).
I believe all 5th gen civic D series injectors are 240cc (please correct me if im wrong)
It depends on what OBD the Prelude injectors are and what OBD your car is. Either way it will work.
1992-'96 Prelude Non-VTEC Peak and Hold 240cc
1992-'96 Prelude VTEC Peak and Hold 345cc
1997-up Prelude VTEC H22 Saturated 280cc

Yes an O2 can cause running rich condition. It's supposed to run rich to a extent during open loop status(warming up).
