Where the heck can I place my ballasts in my 00 Civic Si?

Where the heck can I place my ballasts in my 00 Civic Si?
I just installed my HIDS but now I have my Ballasts just chilling in my engine bay.
On the passenger side, I think I'm going to mount the ballast to my A/C line. The one that runs from the AC back to the firewall. It's like a metal tubing with a foam thing around it. Does this piping get hot? Is it bad to attach the ballast to it? Will this be okay? I was going to use zipties to do this.
The driver side is where I'm stuck. There is almost NO ROOM with my power steering and WW fluid. Any suggestions?
