i have the ls block from my da my question i have piston rods and crank for ab16 what whold be the best combo b16 whit ls rods or tha whole b16 set up

 

The B16A block is shorter than the LS block. The entire B16A bottom end in the LS block would have a really low compression ratio. I'm not sure if B16A rods and pistons would work with the LS crank in the LS block. I think (notice uncertainty) that most people would use the B16A pistons with the LS rods, block and crank.

 

would'nt the b16 pistons on ls rods and crank, make for some pretty high compression?

cool link, if i did it right, it adds up to 10.8:1 not bad

 

with the 2 layer gasket i get 11.0 but is that just the piston ore the whole thing

 

if you mean the whole thing as in the motor, yes. that would mean your ls, is 11.0:1

 

i mean the whole b16 set up or just the pistons

 

any body got info on this

 

well i found out the i only need the pistons can any body tell me if ther is a difference on a set of b18a and b18b cams and wich are better
