so i am wanting to buy a profab header for my gfs b16 and i have been told thst it will have less power.. does anyone know alittle more.. it would help.. thanks
B16's need back pressure, so any other manifold like that will make you lose power. You need a built motor for a manifold like that anyways. If you are trying to get any other manifold other than stock than I would say get the ITR w/ the 4-2-1 collector.

any inline-four motor needs some form of backpressure to run optimally.

meaning more than a GSR/ LS/ B20 etc. D15's/16's and B16's dont respond to a good header the way a....................... ^^^ would.

The biggest difference you will notice would be in ur pocket b16 + bolt on =
unless u bolting on a turbo
. . . but from personal experience your best bet would be to go with the oem itr
