WRC on Speed Vision right now (west coast)
Is it true the Subaru team has 3 cars at this rally? I thought I heard that T. Arai is driving his WRX along with Solberg and Makkinen!

Does the wrc 206 have like an automatic transmission.
When I watch, I don't see the driver shifting gears
and you see what gear their in on the center console

Those cars are sweet. I remember the first time I saw it in...uh...GT2
According to the specs in GT2, it has 400+ hp and no turbo. Can someone clarify the specs? There is no way they shoved a V8 under that tiny little hood so it must be boosted.

I want a Peugeot 206.

It's a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cyl making 300hp (the WRC limit).
Unlike the STi or EVO VII though, the street 206s aren't very exciting (I think the most powerful one has 138bhp, naturally aspirated).

most of the rally cars run sequential trannies, with either steering wheel buttons (a la F1), paddles, or shifters like 2" away from the steering wheel.
