Hello everyone, well my friend owns a 95 LS and he needs your help. He told me that everytime he puts his car in gear or gets out of gear his car would stall and when he does get out of 1st gear and shifts into second gear his car stalls again. And than he told me he is now seeing his oil light flashing. He does know how to drive standard and his clutch is brand new. And his oil level is in the correct spot also. What do you think is causing his car to keep shutting off on him when ever he gives him gas? My first thoughts are his battery might be low or his alternator is done. Well please give me your inputs, my friend is about 300 miles away from home and im trying to do the best i can for him to fix his problem so he can just drive back home and than recheck everthing. Is there any pressure on the clutch peddle?

He says the car catches fine when he get out of first but then when he starts moving it just automatically stalls on him.. And the idle is fine also.

 

How's his tranny? If it's fried and I mean driven about 100 miles (give or take) with NO fluid then it might be trying to catch reverse with all forward gears which will cause it to stall. Sounds ridiculous but I only mention it b/c I've seen it.

And he told me the car ran beautifully going there, but now when he is heading home his getting the stalling and shutting off problem. And now he told me that when his car is idling, he turns his music on and it doesnt work. But when he shuts the car off and leaves the key in then it will play the music. And he also told me he replaced his spark plugs and wires today and he is still receiving the same results.
