whats worth taking off an EX to put on aan LX?
So far, i have thought about the following..
engine and tranny plus parts for auto to 5 spd swap
rear disc brake upgrade
rear sway bar
sunroof glass and parts..
so i don't know what else to strip off this car before i junk it.. its basically missing all of the interior and the exterior is beat a little but it has all power options. What else should i take off that i might need or is good to have as a back up?

Only SE and EX accords have sunroof. A "LX" with sunroof has no sunroof/moonroof UNLESS it would be aftermarket (seem lots of lx with them), but the OEM sunroof does not fit on these. So, you might want to sell the sunroof assembly rather than keep it.

yeah im just gunna pull it off cus its good.. im looking to keep good stuff thats worth something.. but i might get creative and put it in lol. it depends how hard it'd be to put the "ribs" in that go across for the supports.
I just dropped the whole rear subframe tonight..
as for the wiring, im not sure if i will get to it.
and sorry no embelms, it was debaged.

yeah im going to use it, there actually really hard to find as weird as that is. i actually had to buy the whole car to get it lol.
I am not sure what you have, or if said, but TAKE the window motors if you have elect! They cost $$$ and start to die at about 13-15 years. Cross reference any/all smog control and temp control sensors for position/match and take them. This is probably covered-you said you swapped the motor?
Keep DOUBLES if the parts match-"tag and bag". I just replaced a few of these- $$$$ once again. If it matches both cars, bag it! They eventually go, and as time passes get MORE expensive to replace.
I would gut that car to the ground and keep every part that cross-matched! I gutted/rebuilt the suspension/brakes (entire) on my '94 with all new parts- it cost quite a bit. IF I could have found decent low mileage parts I would have used them-the problem is installing 125K+ parts on a 110K chassis-makes no sense, you have to use some sense sometimes for if its worn out. Wrenchy

good point.. i have a 96 with 130k and this is a 97 with 90k heh. i already took off the WHOLE rear suspension, brakes, brakets, everything. i think im going to take the gas tank, the cluster, the wiring harness, and about everything from the engine bay.
if you have ebay sell the rear light, window motors, handles, etc. or look on ebay and see what their doing, if your tryin to make alittle cash, those parts are in demand.
The EX should have power seats, maybe leather too. If so, they should fit in your LX...measure the distance between the seat base bolts first and compare to make sure. You can hook up the EX's wiring harness to the LX's under-dash fuse/relay panel at the "A" or "B" port (ensure to put a 20 amp fuse in the wiring back to the power seats though).
Cheers,
Cheers,

they are a direct fit, however, these ones are blue but they are power. my cars interior is biege, but they might be worth something.

For my 99 Accord LX I got the control unit, wire harness and relays for keyless entry and a alarm from an EX. It was all plug and play. No splicing required.
