5 different sensor CELs - ground problem? OBD2a B18C into OBD2a Ek

5 different sensor CELs - ground problem? OBD2a B18C into OBD2a Ek
I've been using these forums as a resource for the past 18months, and have helped greatly, to the point where I just did my swap, but I can't search for this problem, as you cant just search for lists of CEL codes. 
Situation:
I've dropped a 1997 JDM B18C (OBD2a) into a 1997 UKDM EK3 (OBD2a, with a D15Z6 with economy-VTEC)
When I first turned the ignition, I had 1 CEL, 41 - the primary O2 sensor. I had to switch my 1-wire O2 sensor over to a 4-wire O2 sensor. Being a wiring n00b I took the 12v straight from the battery (tapped into a wire that was added for my foglights) and ran the ground to D11 (secondary sensor ground) and the other two wires to A6 and D7. However, when I ran the wire to D11, I replaced the existing wire instead of splicing, so when I turned the ignition to "ON" again, the heated O2 sensor CEL had gone, but I had 3 different ones. 6, 10 and 20. Coolant temp sensor, intake temp sensor, Electric load sensor. I realised my stupidity, and re-attached the original D11 cable to my spliced one.
I turned the ignition to "ON" - no CEL codes. Awesome. I fired her up, and she went to idling straight @ 2500rpm and the CEL light came on. The idle rpm rose and rose to about 3200rpm, then I decided to turn it off and see what CEL codes it was throwing.
6 - Coolant temp sensor
7 - Throttle Position sensor
8 - TDC position sensor
10 - Intake temp sensor
20 - Electric load sensor
I'm a n00b on the wiring-side of stuff, so this just confuses the hell out of me. I'm exhausted from my swap and just dont have the energy to work this one out. I don't get why these CELs dont show until the engine is fired up?
I disconnected my added O2 sensor, it didnt make a difference, so I plugged it back in... and now THAT throws a CEL as well ARGH!
So, wiring gurus... what do these sensors have in common? Do they share a ground? A certain connector?

p.s: I'm using the throttle-position sensor from my D-series... but that shouldn't make a difference - should it?
