That man fails to recognize the difference between motorcycle dealers and car dealers. Honda scooters SUCK!!!!!! Com to thin of it... All scooters SUCK!!!!! Little 50cc motor and plastic..> What would you expect? I know how much the motorcycle dealers suck since i used to work at one.

i read on another forum that he emailed someone who had an inquiry, to say that he traded the NSX and S2000 on a Mercedes for his wife, and he is keeping the scooter after Honda replaces both the engine and gearbox on the scooter.

so, um, wtf?? he got rid of the great cars he loved and is keeping the scooter he hates??

 

What you guys don't seem to realize is that AHMC really doesn't give a f**k about it's consumers. All he wanted is that his $6k scooter be replaced. He obviously is wealthy enough to own whatever he wants but he also wants wants a company that he has been loyal to to return the favor, kind of like a gentleman's promise.

There are probably problems with the NSX as it was an auction vehicle that he bought.
S2000 got broken into and keyed and probably got all messed up.

Scooter he is willing to keep as Im guessing it has the lease problems of the three vehicles.

 

This one is a little hard to believe. I mean wouldn't you at least take it to Honda management and see if they can help before you go and sell your NSX. . .S2000. . .AND scooter.

The story doesn't add-up!! Sorry! The scooter IS probably a piece of junk and is not going to hold up like an NSX or S-2000.... given that he gets on it. His letter goes through alot of BS and fails to enforce his point. Honda is NOT interested in all the rhyme and reason... just tell them what is wrong...what he wants them to do.. and get on with his life. Well, good luck on your next car purchases anyway.

 

It's the principle of the whole thing. If you're rich (as this guy obviously is) money like that is like chump change.

 

Principal or not, that's a stupid, stupid move. Okay, he's obviously upset that the Honda manager got pissed because every week he kept bringing the damned scooter back for repairs (under waranty). The Honda rep. was obviously an *******, but think of it from his perspective. I mean, I know I'd get annoyed with some guy who's so damned loaded he can drop money on getting both an NSX and a matching S2000 yet refuses to just give up on an obviously defective/crappy scooter despite his overall good experiences with Honda.

I imagine this guy is the whineyist person in the world and he's expecting Honda to "regret what they've done to him" and he's now going to get his revenge over being insulted by a Honda rep. Boo-hoo. What a dumbass. If you've got that kind of money ditch the scooter and stick with the cars--**** the mileage.

This is probably one of those guys who will take you to court if he cuts you off and you flip him off because of it. True, it's totally dickheaded to flip someone off over a mistake but grow up! A guy who's got more money than sense, probably, and wants to make the world pay for doing anything to him that upsets him.
