Default Anyone?!?!

I have a 1999 honda Civic Ex coupe with a greddy turbo kit. I was driving to work one morning and everything seemed normal. Well about half way to work my lights started to slowly get dim. Then my tach and speedometer stopped working and my stereo didnt have enough power to keep on and keep turning off and on. Then I came to a stop sign and went and it felt really sluggish and then I finally got to another stop sign and it just crept through the stop sign so I pulled over. It was 4:50 am so I was pissed and tired. I got a ride to walmart and bought a battery and it started fine but the speedometer doesnt work. so I drove to work and after work it did it again. So I took out the alternator and took it to auto zone and did a test and it passed twice. When I turn the car on and take off one side of the battery it just dies. Does anyone have any ideas on whats wrong? My friend is saying its the under hood fuse box. Please help anyone because this is my daily driver so Im kinda SOL for now

you got a wiring issue check all your grounds and replace your battery cables that should be good to go.

Well when the car is running and I take the negative terminal off the battery it just dies. It should be running off the alternator at that point am I correct? So it wouldnt have anything to do with the pos/neg cables I wouldnt think. And I havent changed anything with the car so could a ground just all of a sudden go bad?

autozone isnt the best place to get a battery/alternator test done... I'd go with your gut, sounds like a bad alt
