well a friend of mine had messed with the little hex screw on the side of the iac valve and does anyone know if that stupid move messed up the iac v cause the car just runs like crap when i have the head lights on it will surge and if i floor it it will be fine till about 3 1/2 4000 rpms and it will hezitate any ideas will be greatly appreciated thanks oh by the way its a eg6 with h22 swap

Could be dizzy probelms, inspect it. As far as the hex screw, move it back where it was (look for the ring that probably made itself over the years as to refference where it was, and see if that helps.
