The car is a a 1993 Civic DX. I took my B16 out and put the stock motor back in. The car will crank but it won't turnover. We've replaced the main relay, replaced spark plugs and injectors. We also jumped the fuel pump to see if that's working and it's perfect. We put fuel directly into the motor and it did turnover, ran for about 30min and then when I tried to start it again nothing. I know the dizzy is good because it came from a working car so I'm stuck. Anyone have an idea of what it could be?
If you put fuel in and got something, then your injectors aren't firing. You'll need a 'node' tester to see if the circuit is firing. You should be able to get one at any local parts store. DO NOT USE A TEST LIGHT as this may damage the circuit. Unplug the connection at the injector and turn the car over as normal. Have a friend check for the firing of the light. It should be a very bright flash when it 'fires'.

We figured it out. It was my battery. The car was cranking and it even had spark so there was no reason to beleive it was the battery. The injectors were replaced as well. Anyway put a new battery in and she turned right over. WTF!!!!!

How exactly did you feed it directly into the motor?
