before!!!! 2 1/2" POS DP cracked


Cut off the 5 bolt flange with a plasma cutter....GRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and yes it was nicely cleaned up.

This is how the new 3"DP pipe started
I found a mandrell "S" pipe 3"@ my friends shop

Cut it to fit

Welded the 5 bolt flange

matched it to the 3" already installed exhaust.

I never thought of having just a loop to throw over the exhaust for ground.

you mean the index finger? that was just for measuring where the cut was going to be made.

that ground clamp is one of the funniest things Ive ever seen on HT I think!! the HIV indeed.

 

its JUST a gound clamp, who cares if it has HIV.lol

on the downpipe, Its good to see people make their own parts.

 

still seems like its going to crack again, mig welding stainless steel isnt the greatest and most likely the spool you are using is a mild steel.

but if not, then good on ya, lol
