1st gear shutters?
I havnt really paid any mind to it because it hasnt been too bad for the passed week. But today i pulled out of a mall parking lot and threw a CEL right away. As soon as i started going in 1st gear it was shuttering really bad. im at 31k right now and im going to flush my tranny real soon. do you think that would fix it or something is wrong for sure?
thanks.

Yes, and like I said it gave the same characteristics. Faulty coilpacks are common in many cars. I used VW as a reference since almost everyone has heard of the problem they were having.

intake related perhaps? if so i really need to get my CARB sticker from AEM for the dealer to even look at it.
friends also told me somethings wrong with my injectors or they could be dirty. could some simple injector clear, or octane booster solve this problem?
thanks

'octane booster" is ot your answer. Off the shelf "booster, even though it may claim a 6 "point" increase will raise the rating from say 89 to 89.6... not what you are looking for.
Sending the injectors out for cleaning and flow testing is your best bet. Not off the shelf cleaner as you will have no idea how the injector is actualy performing. same thing with products like seafoam.

Professional cleaning is the way to know for sure.

I didnt claim to know what his problem is/was, I was just telling him that octane "booster" is a bunch of BS. If he narrowed it down to injectors, I was letting him know about the HT pricing. Its his call.
I have seen bad injectors on newer cars, yes.

Your last post just read like you were suggesting the injectors were the problem for the OP. We are talking about a car that's still under warranty, making a problem with the injectors Honda's problem and not the OP's. Octane booster is BS, you're correct. And I don't really want to argue in typical HT fashion, I just wanted everyone to be on the same page. Thank you for the honesty about your intentions. Unfortunatly, not all vendors are so honest.
I hear good things about the shop, and appreciate the HT pricing
