Default Fuel return using a sumped tank

Curious how others are doing the return on a stock gas tank using a fuel sump and trying to keep the "frothing" down. I had come up with an idea to go into the tank with a bulkhead then hard line from that bulk head to the front part of the sump (away from the outlet). I will post some pics a bit later of how i have it to explain it a bit better. What do you guys think of this idea? or where would it be better suited?

Thing is i bought it a couple years ago for the SFWD rules and sold a cell i had for the car. Its already sumped so if they alow a cell hopefully i can still run the tank. Thanks though.
