Default How To Fix Dashboard Light

It appears that the bulb for my dashboard has gone out. The one the illuminates the speedometer and such.

Is there a fuse for this area that I should check first or any other things?
How does one replace the bulb for the dash?

Thanks

there is a fuse for that, but i think it control a few more lights than just the dash. Check it anyways though, replacing the bulbs arent hard just pull the cluster take the back off, ill post the thread link if i can find it.

If all the dash is out its probably the fuse, i think its somewhat rare for them all to go at once.

I had a local shop installed my alarm system.
They manage to fry all my bulbs in my cluster.

If all your lights are out, it's a fuse or your dimmer switch.

most likely its your dimmer switch, honda dimmer switches always go bad, I seen it happen to many times. this is what you do first, check your fuses and if that isnt the problem before you pull your cluster out. pull your dimmer switch out becauese all your your dimmer is a manual on/off switch, i think that its three wires behind the dimmer, all you have the do is splice the two wires that send the power to the lights on your dash together, but i cant remember which two wires to splice together. so just try different ways untill your dash lights come on. if this solves your problem then you have two choices 1)get another dimmer switch, or 2)leave the two wires behind the dimmer splice together and be glad you can see how fast you are going at night, (thats why i did and 4 of my friends). Let us know how it turns out.
