i pulled it out and wow i dont know what i am looking at and were to check i just dont want to make easy fix hard.
just take the aftermarket guage faces off... they should just be taped to the stock guage faces and then see if it lights up. If so then you have a problem with the aftermarket ones

they definately look like just covers that go over your original gauges. you can gently slide them off over the needles without takeing on the needle. Just be careful. Your original gauges are under them and they are probably still lighting up fine since those white faced gauges have their own light source. Hopefully they are taped on and not super glued like mine were when i bought the car from some one
Just a slight observation, but you may want to have your temp gauge needle checked. From the looks of the picture, your car is off, but the temp is up????

I think that you're staring at the wrong needle... Temp is on the left.

My brother had those indiglo gauges in his civic and they go out on him sometimes too. I'm pretty sure if your bulbs for your stock gauges aren't dead then it's a wiring problem. IMO I would just revert to the stock gauges and get LEDs to replace your stock bulbs
