only two things make that light come on one the ebrake is on two your brake fluid is low. or i guess a grounded wire somewhere but start with the first two.

Basically, if it's not a wiring issue, you're low on fluid. Try and find out where the fluid is going

If your master cylinder is leaking, replace it with a new one. Don't try and make a bootleg repair. Never half-*** something as important as your brakes. Good luck, and let us know how you fixed your issue. This post will be worthless under a search later if there is no answer/ conclusion.

thats right. do it once and do it right. well i put some fluid in it and the light went off. its about time it was driving me insane seeing it all the time. it seemed like it was leaking from the booster so a new one will be going on soon. Thanks for the help!
