96 itr rear hub and bearing same size as gsr?

Default 96 itr rear hub and bearing same size as gsr?

does anyone know if a gsr and 96 itr rear wheel bearing is the same size, like can i put a 4x114 itr rear bearing and hub on a gsr rear spindle?

Yes, you can. The brakes are the same, except for the hub being 4x114.3.

It will bolt on and you can probably run it for a while. Rear DC Type R hubs/spindles 96 and up are a bit different then standard DC integra ones. There is a thread floating around where someone posted how easy it was to convert rear 4 lugs to type r 5 lugs. Whats going to happen is the inner bearing surface of the hub bearing is not going to fully seat on the spindle shaft bearing surface. So basically, when you go to tighten the 32mm spindle nut its only going to thread a small portion of what it safely should. Some people getaway by using a shorter Mazda spindle nut.
