Default Which Primary O2 sensor - B16A EG6

Hi All,

Just looking for a replacement primary o2 sensor for my B16a EG6, But there are two possibilities from denso:

#234-4099 - (Del sol b16a2)
#234-4011 (listed under b16a2 - civic si)

Which one should i buy?

Thanks!

on denso's site it says both can be used for b16a's. I just got an email from one of the distributors and he said the 4011 is longer? and thats the difference?

If your using your same civic wiring harness, then you need the O2 for your civic, but if your not, you need the o2 for which ever harness your using.

^^^He's right^^^

The O2 sensors I believe are identical, it's the connectors that are different.

because my car is a JDM eg6 it has a b16a in it but on denso's site they dont have that application because the US never had a b16 in a civic between 92-95.

Get one that's meant for a 94-95 Del Sol w/B16A3.

An OBDI sensor itself is identical to an OBDII unit, it's the connector that's different.

When I got my OBDI JDM B16A the O2 sensor was bad. I got one for a ^^^ 94-95 Del Sol w/B16A3 and haven't had an issue in 6 years.

I've also posted in your other thread, make sure it's the O2 that's bad.

I made a small error:

93-95 Del Sol w/B16A3

Not a big deal but missing details bugs me.
