Default ls vtec drilling oil feed ?

saw in a thread a guy saying he modified the block to have an internal oil feed line like in the b16a and b18c

my questions ?
how does the oil feed work in the vtec engines ..b16a b18c ? where is the oil coming from ?

can a hole actually be drilled in the same area on the non vtec blocks or do the b18b and b20b block cast too differently to make this impossible?

thanks for the replies

happy new year

No drilling required, Just buy a GE vtec conversion kit. Comes with everything you need to turn your head into vtec.

follow the instruction that come with the GE kit.
if the dowel pins sit good then you dont need to drill anything.
good luck

^^^
maybe i should explain this more .

lol je kit comes with the dowels i know.

i am not asking about doing it ...i dont enough research to know .

this is just my observation and curiousity

try to explain once more

b18c b16a have an oil port in the block takes oil from the block up to the head.
b18b b20's DONT have this port.
my question can this port be drilled and if not ...why.
i'll make some diagrams

NO. There is NO material on the block to do this. Stick a VTEC gasket on your block and you will notice that you drill into air.
