integra ls 94 please help

my car has a lot of smoke coming out of the exhaust when i step on the gas..can anybody please tell me whats wrong with it..and the oil run out fast..like around 1000 miles

what color is the smoke?

probably rings or seals

white=coolant
blue=oil

you sure its not blueish white? they both look almost alike... i had it done to one of my d-series motor and it turn out to be a burn valve...

i heard it because of the catalytic converter...but i want to know for sure...please help..im a broke full time student

If its white smoke you probably blew your headgasket. Do a compression and leakdown test and it will tell you whats wrong.
