Default Engine Head Identification? *pics*

I recently picked up a 91 CRX. I know that it has a D15B2 block and MPFI . What I'm not sure is what head I have, or if I have VTEC? If I don't then I plan on doing a mini-me. I'll attach some pictures, thanks for any input.....

Does it look like a good candidate for a mini-me?

Well I can get a Z6 head w/ extras for $150. So VTEC doesn't help that much?

That sounds like a plan to me. I have read the write-ups on how to do this swap, but can anyone tell me if i'll be able to do it by myself in my garage. I have all the tools. Thanks

Ok I think I'll try it. Is there a Write-up you reccomend? I've read several and they all seem to be a little different, and I haven't seen one with a D15b2 yet. Thanks

Any recomendations for a turbo setup? I've never done one and the ones on homemadeturbo.com are difficult to understand. Thanks

Boost is over done, do a hybrid swap and go for gas milage.
