12v/ground problem
I got nice gift from my bro in law. he bought me ricer pedals with glow light. He is not very familiar about street legals. he is family man and real estate. i aint blame him for that. I thought i should use it for awhile then remove it. So i decided to install it. Something interrupt me which is 12v and ground. I am not very familiar electricity stuff. so I looked up into some thread in TI and i found diagrams. like this..
So I picked flash light slot because i want everything's light on at once. i have a switch for neon light pedals but i dont have to swtich on then off. i jus leave switch on. all i can do is scroll up to turn flash light on or off at once.
by the way, i bought .250 female spade connector from pep boy. I did put it on 12v wire and plug it in the slot. at last, I connect ground wires to tiny bolt. the result is i didnt see light on. I was like why is that?? I did using jumper start to connect 12v wire and ground wires from battery. its working. can you tell me why light's not on???
that pic were taken before i put female spade conn. on 12v wire.

Ok.. first off.. learn to read and write english properly.
2) Make sure that the bolt you are grounding the system to is not painted in anyway. The best way to ground your car is to ground it to the body itself. Look for a good spot for that.
3) You've got it setup to the flashing lights spot? To me that means it'll only turn on when your signal light/haazard light is going. You should change that to something else. Perhaps cigarette lighter or ignition. That will turn them on anytime the car is running. Or if you wanted to find the connection for your headlights. Then the pedals will only go on when your lights are on.

im sorry about my english. english isnt my first langauge. American Sign langauge is my first langauge. Yes obviously, im deaf. anyways, I thought flashing light is using for headlight, parking light, or side marker. where are headlight wires located?
from the looks on your diagram, "flashing light" is the park light signals. meaning its only live when the park light are on.
its actually the same location oem fog lights gets their power for the switch.
re-install the ground wire again. then run the power wire (12v) bact to battery +. see if that works, if it doesn't then the ground is no good. if it works, check and make sure your getting 12v at the source, ("flashing ligts")
and lastly make sure you turn onn the park lights.

spend a few bucks and get a volt meter. Even a cheap one will work for your needs. Car 12v is easy to read and understand. You can solve a butt load of problems with one.
