Hi everyone. i am a VW guy but am helping a friend build his jdm B16a. can the jdm block run a usdm head and harness?

yes. they are compitable

can he use a gsr head on that block? or a gsr harness?

yes he can use gsr block and b16a head ..and get some higher compression pistions..b18c block produces higher compression than b16a block and yes u can get gsr harness..and make sure they are both obd1.

 

i think he meant b16 block w/ gsr head? is that correct OP?

opps my bad. in that case. thats a rare combination. i think it will bolt on..

 

if so would be kinda cool...I"VE never seen it. maybe sombody has

anybody else have experience with b16 blocks and gsr heads?

 

i would also like to see the outcome of that setup
