they are probably a 6 or 8 mm thread.
I would just drill them out and not worry about it. On my 95 Accord I was able to get the screws out of the rear rotors so I put some new ones back in. But on my 92 Civic's front rotors I was only able to remove 1 screw from each side I drilled the other 2 out and didn't install any screws. The screws just help to hold the rotor in place when installing the caliper and pads, but it's not bad at all without them. The wheel holds the rotor in place once it's on and torqued down anyway.
I also dont think you'll be able to use a bolt to hold it down. You'll need a flat head screw that will fit into the rotor.
And if you are just going to use a new screw with whatever thread size, just drill it out to what you want and tap it, as long as the screw fits the countersunk hole in the rotor you'll be fine.

ah sorry i didnt make that clear...i will use a flat head screw just it will be allen head instead of phillips

my fear w/ that is if i go for a bigger size i might need to enlarge the hole in the rotor which i have no urge to do
i THINK they are m6 x 1 screws but i am not positive and also not sure about the length...someone must know
