Default how to adjust coilover height

http://www.s2ki.com/forums/ind...40211

I placed an order for HR Coilovers (link above) and I have some questions…

How do I adjust the height? I have both spanner wrenches for the 2 collars. Do I do this with the coilover installed? Or while it’s off the car?

Details appreciated... Thanks in advance~!

how difficult will this be since the load of the spring is forcing the collar the other way?

That's why you use the spanner wrenches. If the helper/tender springs aren't fully compressed (which they shouldn't be with the car jacked up and the suspension at full droop), then it should be easy enough to turn them by hand. You probably won't even need the wrenches except to lock the perches together.
