Default build the b16 or swap a new motor

hello everybody.. i drive a 99 civic si coupe. Should i swap a new motor or build the b16.. i plan on time attacking the car no big force induction or anything crazy like that.. help me!!!

just rebuild then, high comp pistons maybe, and some itr,ctr,or gsr cams, and the bolt ons.

i was thinking on rebuilding the head.. itr cams new springs, retainer, and valves but man i dont know that its worth it.

If you dont have a ton of miles then you probably wouldnt need to rebuild the head, my buddies 92gsr (b17a1) has 300k miles on it and its relitively good conditions.

If its already in decent condition I'd just do a new valve train and a stage one or even stage two cam, and then the basic bolt ons. IM, TB, I/H/E ect.
