My 95 honda civic SRS light in dashboard is flashing on and off, and after that my check engine light starts flashing 9 times and then stops and continues like that, im scared of what could it be?

 

Look in the first few threads of this forum, how to check cels (check engine light) i think. That'll tell you what it is, come back and we'll tell you how to fix it.

 

in the CEL thread it says to have the car off and also to cover the 2 pin plug with a connector i didnt do that, my car was on and it suddently started doing and now it does it all the time. BTW going by the thread then it would be code #9 which is cylinder sensor

 

Are you sure you counted them right, b/c of the long + short blinks? If so, im not familiar with the cylinder sensor. Try using the search button and searching it, and im sure others chime in and help you out.

 

i think that it might be the valve because my uncle told me that they are making a weird noise, and making the car very lazy

 

May need to adjust valve lash for that.
