rubbing issue
i have my car (99 ex coupe) lowered a good amount. my fenders are somewhat rolled already (ghetto rolled) and the weird thing is that my driver side is lower than my passenger side by at least 1/4 inches, but the passenger side is the one thats rubbing...? i have k-sports with the fronts on full stiff....anyone have any idea why my passenger side rubs and my driver side doesn't even though the driver side is lower? this has been puzzling me for a while
if the car never been into accident, i think could be the camber problem. after i lowered my car, i went to alignment shop asked them to set to factory spec.
after that, my car had rubbing issue. then i asked them to put more negative camber, so the top of the tires tilt in more, after that the problem is gone.

no the cars never been in an accident before and doesnt have any sort of frame damage from what i know of (which either the shop or myself would have caught). My first impression was that because the passenger side is higher, it has less camber, which is why its hitting the fender, where as the driver side is lower, meaning more neg camber, which is why its not hitting the fender. So i guess my only solution would be to lower the passenger side a tad bit more to increase the camber which would decrease the rubbing, or just raise it all together so theres enough clearance...? on a side note, i used to have kumho spt's (205/45/16) with a d16 in the engine bay, but now im running a b18c and bf goodrich g-sports (also 205/45/16). I guess the different tires and more loaded weight in the front could affect it also...this sucks
