Erratic suspension handling, how to fine tune? Need your advice!
I’ve installed some Tokico illumina Struts and springs and am having a problem getting the car to “sit” properly witch, I believe is the source of the problem. On one of my sides, (Passenger side) specifically, is from the ground to the top of the wheel-well 24 ½ in. The other side, (drivers side), the rear sits at 24 ½ however, the front is sitting just over 24 in. The camber looks good on all 4 tires and from just an eyeball judgment, looks in the ball park to being correct.
I’m well aware that I will need to get an alignment, but I can’t see how an alignment will stop the passenger side tire from rubbing slightly when turning left during slow speeds. Also, the handling is, well, horrible at best! So I proceed to raise the side that rubs, only to find the drivers side measurement to creep under the 24 in mark.
HELP is much needed, my car is unworthy of driving!!

ohh, I had forgot to mention, the car is a 99 civic hatch with 215/40R17's. Also, if I bring in the camber in a few, that I can get the tire to stop rubbing and get the handling to a some what "ok" setting, but after a week or two, it goes back to a poor state. I have all the bolts on the camber adjustment as tight as one can get them. The coil over adjustment sleves might be getting "jogged" loose?
